A Smarter Way to Train

Designed for Women
Join the circuit on any station and alternate between strength training, cardiovascular exercise, stretching and recovery, all with a coach to guide and motivate you, plus monthly goal check-ins.
We understand how hectic life can be – that’s why we designed a 30-minute circuit specifically for women that’s the equivalent workout effect of a 1.5-hour exercise session at a regular gym, and easier!
Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase endurance or just feel good, our program is the most scientifically validated in the world! Visit your club as often as you want, but 3 x a week is all you need for the best results.
